Procurement of Support services for the external support of the IT employees of the General Administration of the MPG in the area of SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA) with their main tasks Control and performance monitoring of the IT service providers as well as the strategic development, planning and control of IT. The Tasks of the AN: Support, advice and implementation in BW projects as well as support for technological questions in the SAP BW Umfeld (BW / 4HANA) / provider control.
The operation of the solutions and the SAP systems is not subject to the present tender a SAP hosting provider. In addition, services regarding the planned SAP S/4 HANAA introduction are not part of this tender. These services are provided by other service providers.
