Description:
Due to the limited space on the construction site, there is only a limited amount of storage space available for building materials. Likewise, only a limited amount of excavated material can be temporarily stored during the construction period by the earthworks and shell builder. A continuous and timely removal of the excavation is required therefore mandatory to plan for. Pedestrian traffic must be redirected during the entire construction period, as the sidewalk immediately adjacent to the property is within the construction site facility area and therefore cannot be used. The necessary redirection measures, such as the installation of signage or the installation of road markings are carried out by the construction site logistics contractor.
The same applies to the Hydrological values relating to groundwater and surface water, including type, location, discharge capacity and flood conditions of the receiving waters as well as the results of the water analyses.
There is existing vegetation in the southern part of the property on which the new building is being built with trees and bushes that will be completely cleared. In the northern area along Schnarrenbergstrasse, however, the vegetation remains. The executing companies must take any necessary protective measures to preserve the vegetation in this area.
