- The procurement, implementation, migration, initial training and subsequent maintenance of a modular CAFM software is tendered. The software solves at least one (ConjectFM) MGLW. Two (Infoma) CAFM InventorySoftwares off. The future CAFM database is expected to run in the urban data center in a Microsoft environment (Server Operating System: Windows Server 2016 / Database: MS SQL Server 2016). The following processes should be mapped: - area and room management incl. Graphical connection CAD internal and external rental management (internally: by means of all-in-rent / without additional costs, externally: using rent and additional costs) - Cleaning management (maintenance / glass area cleaning, Revier Planning) - Operating / Plant Cadastre - Testing, Maintenance, Troubleshooting Management - Order Management (Optional) - Budget Monitoring (Optional) - Reporting - Different Interfaces
