Description:
The contractor provides call center services in the field of rehabilitation. He must carry out and ensure the processes and tasks described in the service description. The contractor must address open questions and the concerns of the people calling and/or to forward a callback request to the responsible district administration of the contractor. To this end, questions and concerns arising in the course of calls for general information must be answered and advised. The contractor carries out a one-off, initial technical setup Coordination with BGW's IT operations. This includes the creation of individual call diversions from the 11 district administrations to the contractors, the setup of the call flow, the automatic announcements and the interfaces for data transmission to the contractor, the creation of templates for submitting callback requests and call documentation as well as monthly reporting. A task that always accompanies the contractor to the aforementioned tasks is the one that may be required within the term of the contract with the client (IT) technical adaptation or optimization to be compared, taking technical innovations into account (see also point 7 of this service description).
