Description:
The Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Fixed Substances requires the following components to modernize an existing photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) system: a new monochromatic al-Kα X-ray source, an ion source for creating depth profiles and for sample cleaning as well as a flood gun for loading compensation for photoemision measurements on insulating samples. A detailed description of the required components is located in the "Service list XPS Upgrade" system.

The Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics Fixed Fabrics needs the following components to modernize an existing photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) system: A new monochromatic al-Kα X-ray source,
an ion source for creating depth profiles and for rehearsal cleaning as well
A flood gun for loading compensation for photoemision measurements on insulating samples.
The following specifications must be met:
