- Property education procedures according to § 7 Abs. 2 p.2 of the Federal Court of Supplement on behalf of the Bundeswehr are from 01.01.2023 road transport services with a focus on vehicle transports, transportation of containers and large-scale / heavy duty transports within Germany and Germany to be carried out abroad or from abroad to Germany . These transports are basically of particularly high priority for the Bundeswehr. The particularly high priority means a brief anneal period as well as a prioritized and time as possible carried out the transports to the agreed destinations. To ensure the required scope of services, the contractor must be able to provide the resources for the required transport circuits in predetermined timelines in the three performance packages and to maintain the transports content. In addition to edition-free goods - dangerous goods of classes 1 to 9, - material according to the War Weapon Control Act (Krwaff Contrast) and Waffeng (Waffg) and - Clasp (vs) to be transported to secret or NATO Secret and / or cryptomaterial.
