- Refurbishment and new construction project for the campus of the Helmut Schmidt University of the Bundeswehr (HSU) on the site of the Douaumont-Kaserne (DOK) in Hamburg. The property has a size of approx. 261,000 m2, the property development area of the specific project comprises around 205,000 m2. In the course of theProjects are to be renovated approx. 30,000 m2 of gross floor and approx. 70,000 m2 GBF plus 33,000 M2 Mobility Hub. According to current estimates, the construction volume amounts to around EUR 1 billion. The "integrated project processing" was selected as a project processing model (IPA). In thisModel is designed to promote the framework conditions (culture, organization, economy and methods) in such a way that they best promote the cooperation between the project participants for the achievement of the client's project goals. The core of the IPA model is a uniform, between the client andkey key partners for planning and construction closed alliance contract (multi -party contract).
