• Campus IBA Terraces - 2nd BA/Part 2 - New building energy workshop - Lot 09: Screed and floor laying work The city of Großräschen intends to build part 2 of Großräschen in the second construction phase as part of the multi-part structural change project "CAMPUS IBA-Terrasses". the construction of a so-called energy workshop including the associated open spaces and technical supply and disposal systems at the Seestraße 100 location in 01983 Großräschen. This tender concerns lot 09: screed and Floor laying work 1. Waterproofing work - approx. 630 m2 waterproofing WU floor slab C25/30 with FPD/PMBC (reactive sealing) 2. Screed laying work - approx. 610 m2 heated screed type A as a calcium sulfate flowing screed (CAF-C35-F7) (on a studded mat support system with FBH heating pipes, thermal insulation, edge insulation strips and expansion joint profiles, these services provided by AN 18 Heating) - of which approx. 40 m2 is a ramp and platform area, including screed storage - of this approx. 50 m2 nominal thickness 45 mm in the toilet areas (FB covering Stoneware floor tiles, AN 10 tiling work) - of this approx. 560 m2 nominal thickness 50 mm in the remaining areas (FB covering rubber tiles, own work) - 21 pieces of recesses for ELT floor tanks, preparation for 2x pipe ducts etc. - approx. 50 m Separating rails, changing coverings/expansion joints, removing screed - 9 x CM measurements, measurement protocols - approx. 25 m2 of floating cement screed (CT C50 F5) on the insulation layer and waterproof floor slab (wind guards, clean-off zones, no heating...
