Description:
Through the department of real estate management new construction of the city of Erkrath and by the Office 23 for the Hochdahl district of Mettmann, the new building of two schools with further buildings and the associated outdoor areas for school and district needs are planned in the Hochdahl district. TheConstruction project consists of a three-tier elementary school (two buildings GS 1, GS 2), a community center (GH), a special school (two buildings FZ 1 and FZ 2), four connecting buildings (VG 1-4), a two-way sports hall (SH) as well as the associated school yards, parking spaces and an outdoor area(Campus path) that will be available to the public. This tender "free facilities" refers to the entire site, including the adjacent parking space.are necessary. Only the sewer construction work (civil engineering) has already been preferred, here only the corresponding connections must be provided. Among other things, the following work is roughly described as part of this measure: - Concrete stone patches approx. 4,300 m2 divided into construction fields and sections - asphaltapprox. 740 m2 divided into construction fields and sections - green areas approx. 5,600 m2 divided into construction fields and sections - Mobiliar details see tender documents.
