Description:
The drinking water treatment plant (TWA) Zeigerheim prepares the surface water from the Leibis/Light drinking water dam and supplies around 400,000 inhabitants with drinking water. The Thuringian long -distance water supply intends to increase the capacity of TWA Zeigerheim. The existingDrinking water treatment plant is to be expanded to a total capacity of QDAE = 54,000 m3/d by 2027. This corresponds to a capacity increase of 10,000 m3/d. The expansion is to be carried out on the purely water container, which is newly built in 2012, which, in addition to the existing TWA, is in a western directionlocated.
The renovation work must be carried out in the ongoing operation of the TWA, so work interruptions must be calculated.
Construction work filter hall
New construction of a filter hall on existing drinking water tanks. Includes the connection and laying of 202 m underdated raw water pipe DN700, 120 m rearwater line 900 x 53.3/710 x 42.1; 110 m of flower air pipe 450 x 26.7; 110 m operating water pipe 63 x 5.8; 197 m drinking water pipe; 120 m first filtrate line; Earth building/top construction/cover layers and vegetation areas as well as the expansion/demolition of: 57 m wastewater pipe and 20 mDrinking water pipe.
