Construction site setup Protective covers for window sills and floor areas, provision of storage areas, material and container space, construction electricity & Construction water including intermediate meter by AN 3. Demolition & disposal Removal of single glazing, removal of existing sealants, sorting of construction waste, disposal of non-hazardous waste: 4. Building constructions (focus of the course) 4.1 Wooden windows revise Milling grooves & installing all-round TPE rebate seals, replacing weather strips, blow bars, sash timbers, replica of individual window sashes including fittings & 4 mm glazing, wood repairs with 2K epoxy resin (25-150 cm²), new ones Insert single glazing, seal external joints with silicone including primer/backfill, replace or add fittings 4.2 Make windows accessible and closable Adjusting the inner and outer wings, straightening & greasing the belts, restoring the Usability 4.3 Doors Damp and wet room doors (1-leaf), T30/RS doors incl. top door closer & floor seal, sliding door wet room elements incl. running rail, accessories: ventilation openings, bumper plates, door stoppers 4.4 Toilet partitions HPL partition systems (1 and 2 doors), free/occupied fittings, edge and center panels, ESG urinal partitions 4.5 Documentation Documentation documents in accordance with BBR guidelines, 5-fold + digital The contracting authority points out that to ensure a speedy procedure just responds to bidder inquiries received by the awarding authority in a timely manner.
