- Carrying out electrical equipment tests according to DGUV V3 In the event of damage, the operator must prove to the insurer and the professional association that the electrical systems and devices are in perfect condition in accordance with VDE, otherwise the Accident insurance excludes liability if people suffer permanent damage or even death as a result of such an untested device. In order to avoid cases of damage, the systems and devices must be checked. The DGUV V3 test is the recognized, Standard testing of electrical devices. The DGUV V3 check checks whether stationary systems and machines as well as portable devices are in proper condition in accordance with the applicable VDE regulations. The implementation of Electrical equipment testing in accordance with DGUV V3 (portable equipment) will be tendered as a framework contract and will probably begin with the award of the contract in Q3 2026 and initially run until December 31, 2027. The AG can optionally Extend the order twice by 12 months and once by 6 months up to a maximum term of 4 years (Q3.2030). The client will notify the contractor of this in writing within the last 6 weeks before the possible end of the contract. A separate notice of termination is required not.
