Description:
On the basis of Section 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 1 NRettDG, the city of Hildesheim intends to place service contracts for the implementation of rescue service services (emergency rescue, emergency transport and qualified patient transport as well as extended rescue service) as well as positioning/maintenance/rental The rescue stations required for this purpose and the provision of the necessary rescue equipment are to be outsourced to various service providers to the extent shown below. The transfer of enforcement tasks to the rescue service in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 NRettDG involves social and other specific services as defined in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU. The relevant regulations for the award procedure are Section 130 Paragraph 1 GWB and Sections 64 ff. VgV. There will be an open procedure in accordance with Section 130 Paragraph 1 GWB in conjunction with. V. carried out in accordance with Sections 65 Para. 1, 15 VgV. The scope exception Section 107 Paragraph 1 No. 4 GWB does not apply.
Lot 1: Hildesheim-Ost rescue station
With this order the implementation of the ground-based Emergency service in the area of the city of Hildesheim. The service consists of the
• Carrying out emergency rescue,
•Implementation the emergency transport,
•Implementation of qualified patient transport as well
•Implementation of the expanded rescue service.
Emergency medical care is not the subject of the award.
