• As part of its sponsorship of the “Power Plant Settlement - Chemical Workers' Park” complex project, the Mitteldeutsche Sanierungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (MDSE) is planning to continue the geodetic survey of buildings in the urban area Bitterfeld, which is at risk from groundwater rise. For the low points of the buildings to be measured, which are usually determined at the top edge of the basement floor, a flat rate deduction of 0.5 m (for 20 cm of floor construction and 30 cm capillary-breaking layer) determines a maximum permissible groundwater level due to construction, which is defined as a protection goal. The MDSE would now like to further optimize, plan and implement the measures in order to protect the affected building structure from the consequences groundwater recovery in the medium and long term and to use the available public funds effectively. The aim is to update the elevation data in order to optimally plan and execute the measures to make the project possible. MDSE attaches particular importance to high-quality service provision. In this respect, the contractor must ensure quality assurance measures and present these in the documentation. _ Subject of the quotation request are the following services according to the tender documents: - Measurement of the floor heights of the cellars (deepest room in each case) and recording of building corners on the outside with the associated ground height: 67 objects in the power plant settlement in Bitterfeld - Documentation of the Measurement results _ The contract is awarded/commissioned by MDSE.
