- The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the government of Lower Franconia, operates an anchor facility (= abbreviation for "arrival, decision-making and return facility") for asylum seekers and refugees. The facility comprises several residents with one Maximum residential capacity of around 1,500 people.
The government of Lower Franconia commissioned the contractor from 01.01.2026 with the meals (catering) of the residents living in the anchor facility.
The AN takes over the care of the residents accommodated in the anchor facility Food (dishes and drinks) in accordance with the requirements in the list of services all year round, seven days a week including Sundays and public holidays for the agreed meal output. After a corresponding single call, emergency lunch packages, baby food, special food and custody must also be delivered from the AN.
