The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the government of Upper Bavaria-hereinafter referred to as "client" or "AG"-is responsible for the operation of the initial reception facility Garmischer Strasse 2-12, 80339 Munich-hereinafter referred to. The EAE is the first point of contact for all people who imAs part of an asylum procedure come to Upper Bavaria, and serves the first recording, the registration and forwarding of the asylum seekers inside and outside of Upper Bavaria.
