- The main subject of the order to be awarded by the client is the entertainment of a selected group of people (VIP guests, Thuringian exhibitors, participants of the stage program) at the Thuringian joint stand at the international green week of 2023 and 2024 (with extension option of 2025 and 2026) in Berlin according to the closer provisions of this tender.
The IGW will take place once a year at Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, next year in the period from January 20 to 29, 2023. The Thuringian Ministry of Infrastructure and Agriculture (TMIL) has for its community presentation for IGW 2023 rented an area of 1,896 m² in Hall 20 (half hall). At least 35 exhibitors (companies and institutions of the counties) will be represented at the stand.
In Hall 20, the TMIL and the above. Thuringian exhibitors set up a common communication area (catering area with 55 seating options) with an area of about 85 m² and an adjacent kitchen.
