- The contractual object is the supply (catering) of guests including additional services as part of the award ceremony "German Future Prize 2025", which takes place on November 19, 2025 at the event location: "Kraftwerk Berlin" in Koepenicker Strasse 70 in 10179 Berlin. Additional services are in particular Processing goods and materials, delivery and removal of the goods and materials, garbage and empty disposal, providing service and logistics personnel, the assembly and dismantling of the catering room for the reception during the performance period, the inlet control And the cloakroom support (see in detail § 4 of this contract and attachments to the contract). Since it is an event of the Federal President, the services to be provided must meet the highest quality requirements.
