- The order concerns joint procurement for the common electricity needs of commercial and residential properties that are owned by Wohnbau Mainz GmbH, a municipal housing company, or are managed by Wohnbau.
Electricity delivery including processing is required Network usage, meter reading, billing (full supply contract / all-inclusive contract) for all current Wohnbau GmbH acceptance points and those that will be added during the reference year. Derived from the conditions in 2024, the volume is 2.878 GWh/a, distributed across 1,292 collection points (see appendix 1 and 2).
The average consumption of the SLP positions is 1,904 kWh/position/year.
The RLM positions decrease on average by 0.1 GWh/position/year.
All collection points are located at the Mainz location / in the Mainz municipal utility network area. This is common electricity for the properties (exterior lighting, stair lighting, elevators, pumps for hot water, etc.).
Additions and withdrawals of a few percent per delivery year are possible. The arrivals will predominate.
Start of delivery: 01/01/2026
End of delivery: December 31, 2027 (2x option for extension of 1 year)
