- Heating system Center Francais de Berlin: Heating system Based on an outside temperature of -11.3 °C, a reduced heating load of 114.3 kW was determined for the renovated building in accordance with DIN EN 12831. The future heat supply will be as Closed two-pipe system in accordance with DIN EN 12828 operated with a reduced system temperature of 60/40 °C. The central distribution in the basement will be completely dismantled and rebuilt, with the existing heating circuits on new distributors with highly efficient, speed-controlled pumps. The control is dependent on the outside temperature. A diaphragm expansion vessel and a full-stroke safety valve (DN 32/40, response pressure 3.5 bar) are provided for safety reasons. to be provided. The existing radiators in the hotel rooms as well as the offices and meeting rooms will be completely dismantled. In the future, heating and air conditioning will take place there via an air conditioning system with central outside air treatment decentralized induction ventilation devices. This highly efficient system enables needs-based thermal treatment of the preconditioned supply air via integrated heat exchangers and room temperature controllers. The exhaust air is routed via the assigned ones Bathrooms that will also be equipped with new towel radiators.
