New Central Depot Halle (Saale) - Technical building equipment Funding systems
Central Depot Hall Funding Systems
The Saxony -Anhalt Cultural Foundation (KST) is planning to build a central depot. The new building is intended to ensure the proper climatic and conservative storage of the important art and cultural assetenable different interim deposits of the properties of the KST.
The specified spatial program mainly includes storage areas (depot and archive), plus administrative rooms, seminar room, restoration workshops and technology rooms. The total usable area amounts to an areaOf around 10,155 m2 Nuf 1-7.
The planning area is located in the south of the city of Halle (Saale) on Leo-Herwegen-Strasse. The final development plan No. 112 is available for the area. The area of the building plot is around 20,675 m2.
For this construction measure, costs for the KG 300:Around EUR 21.7 million gross and kg 400: around 9 million EUR gross.
It is planned to award the specialist planning services of the technical equipment of the plant group 6 LPH 1-9 in accordance with § 53 ff HOAI.services
