Description:
The subject of the tender - for each lot - is the conclusion of a framework agreement in favor of the client as well as other beneficiaries and those entitled to join. The future contractor(s) will work for the client (ITSCare) and its shareholder (currently AOK Baden-Wuerttemberg, AOK Hessen, AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland) as well as those entitled to join, each as implementation partner and operator, fully multi-client capable - central IT infrastructure on premises as well as in the delivery models private and public cloud (Lot 1) and - decentralized services (Lot 2) deploy and operate. This includes in particular the following services: - Taking over the services from the current external service provider and operating the services with regard to Lot 1 initially with a high on-premises share by the contractor. A transformation of services in alternative delivery and service models should be possible. - For lot 2, the advertised services will be taken over by the existing external provider, modernized as part of the transition and operated permanently by the contractor. - The operation is largely carried out with full responsibility by the contractor.
