Chamber of Crafts Halle (Saale) - Campus Handwerk Halle - Planning services for buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI) - Service phase 8 (pro-rata)
The Halle Chamber of Crafts (Saale) is building a new national training center for skilled trades for long-term use.
For this future CAMPUS HANDWERK HALLE, the construction of a total of 9 workshop halls as well as outdoor facilities in the form of streets, paths and lounge areas are planned.
The The new and conversion measures required for this (administrative and boarding school buildings, training workshops, open-air facilities) will be carried out while maintaining ongoing operations in the form of a campus-like area on an area of approx. 3 hectares, taking into account contemporary architecture and landscape planning built with innovative integration of renewable energy conversions.
While the overall external dimensions of the campus are approximately 125 x 125 m, the individual workshop halls are on average about 25 x 30 m in size and 8 m high.
A continuous circular development of the construction project is planned.
