Change and new building Rathaus Grefrath - electrical engineering installations
The municipality of Grefrath plans the modernization and redesign of the town hall - this should modernize the listed old stock and not through a new two- or three -storey (split level) Subadent new building can be expanded. This connects to the existing old building using a small connection building. The new building consists of a reinforced concrete core in predominantly location concrete construction as well as the single-made masonry of the outer walls (north facade and both gable sides).
