The client, as the leading IT service provider of theHealth insurance companies AOK Plus - the health insurance company for Saxony and Thuringia as well as the AOK Bayern - The health insurance fund intends to start a major strategic transition project to modernize its IT service management on January 1, 2026. With a total budget of around EUR 2.8 millionthe future-proof, ITIL V4-conformed on-premise solution Usu IT Service Management (Usu GmbH) is introduced, which offers approximately 1,000 employees of the client and approximately 18,000 powerful self-service functions, automated processes and integrated reporting. The goal is thatTo significantly increase efficiency and transparency of all IT service processes and create a robust basis for further digitization initiatives.
