Description:
Trainer pool to support senior experts in the course of the BA's change process. The subject of the award is a trainer position for the BA's leadership academy in Lauf/Pegnitz for the target group "senior managers" and "managers at management level I" with management responsibility the BA. The trainer's work primarily relates to the tasks of conception, organization and moderation as well as the implementation of training courses in face-to-face or virtual form. One trainer is used in each case. A total of approx. 1 to 1.5 trainer jobs are planned Days per month per trainer, whereby a balance between months with a larger workload and months with a lighter workload can be made by the client. All (operational) dates are agreed upon with the contractor. The coaching activity must take place in 2026 and 2027.
