- Changing the measuring device of the apartment water meter enercity Netz GmbH (client) specifies the need for services to provide legally required rotational changes of measuring devices and additional equipment as well as day-to-day business at the customer's request (AWE - expansion, replacement and installation) in the water division in the area of residential water. The services include order management, customer communication, defect processing, technical execution on site as well as recording, provision and electronic Transmission of data (e.g. meter number, meter reading, photos). The measuring devices are provided by the client. The goal is to complete an order for the overall service. The planned start of the contract and execution is September 1st, 2026. Change from Apartment water meters as well as changing additional devices (e.g. pulse generators, M-Bus modules) in the course of changing the measuring device according to the client's specifications. The scope of services also includes the order management activities listed under II.1.4, Customer communication, defect processing and IT. The advertised services must be carried out by knowledgeable and reliable fitters who are water specialists in the sense of AVBWasserV, DIN EN/DIN/DVGW and the professional associations provisions are.
