Description:
The state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, represented by the Karlsruhe regional council, is responsible nationwide for organizing the repatriation of foreign nationals. Collective returns from the Karlsruhe Regional Council all take place in the southeastern European region (Balkan states).att. The respective orders include both single and multiple target destinations. These charter flights must be accompanied by appropriate security personnel to maintain safety and order on board the aircraft. In addition, (specialist) medical supervision is also necessarydig.
Charter measures
According to Section 8 AAZuVO, the Karlsruhe Regional Council has nationwide responsibility for the repatriation of foreign nationals to other countries. Charter aircraft are used by people whose number justifies the use of a chartered aircraft and/orPersons who are likely to physically resist being repatriated and therefore cannot be transported on scheduled flights are repatriated. To maintain the safety and order of air traffic, these flights are always carried out by trained security personnel and eAccompanied by a (specialist) doctor.
