Development or provision; - The contractor must ensure commissioning and administration to test and productive system including the administration of the servers. - Support in building the knowledge database - Cooperation with the client with regard to the creationof an IT security concept and a data protection sequence - complete work to train the chatbot, learning of UKD employees to train the chatbot - documentation - Support in acceptance with regard to data security operation, care & administration according toProductive setting; - Among other things, current software versions, updates, error fixes or if the company is secured in cooperation with the UKD are expected.
