Description:
In an investor model, the city of Kaufbeuren reports an inheritance law and operator contract with planning and construction obligation for the new construction of the Schillerstrasse children's house in Kaufbeuren Hirschzell with a capacity of up to 148 places.
For budget reasons, the city is building The children's house itself is not looking for a private investor and operator. The city places the building plot of Fl.Nrn. 2011/2 and 2158/3 (partial area), district of Kaufbeuren, at discounted community terms by means of a heritage law. The operator is supposed to Childcare all other services required for the operation (food catering by means of a caterer, cleaning, caretaker services, etc.).
