Description:
For the Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, the largest university in the state of Thuringia, central functions are to be bundled on an inner-city area by building a contemporary campus. A library was built on the island square as a to (partial object) 2. This should be set up. On the basis of the AFU planning LPH 5 that has already been created and the LPH 6, which is currently being processed by the University of Jena, the LPH 7 participation in the allocation as well as the property supervision LPH 8 (basic services) and optional LPH 9 (basic services) must be carried out in accordance with HOAI. The services include, among other things, the evaluation of the submitted offers, monitoring delivery, installation, commissioning and briefing the interior of the library of cost groups 610 and 620. With the conclusion of the award procedure, the order is first placed for the Services of the service phases 7 and 8. A claim to commissioning the LPH 9 does not exist, but can optionally be commissioned by the AG.
