For the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, the largest university in the state of Thuringia, central functions are to be bundled in an inner-city area through the construction of a new, contemporary campus. On the island square, among other things, it was used as a TO (sub-object) 2 a library was built. This should be set up. Based on the already created AFU planning LPH 5 and the LPH 6 and LPH 7 currently being processed by the University of Jena, the property management is LPH 8 (basic services) and optionally LPH 9 (basic services) according to HOAI to carry out. The services include, among other things, the monitoring of the delivery, installation, commissioning and instruction of the interior design of the library in cost groups 610 and 620. Once the award procedure has been completed, the order is initially awarded for the services in service phase 8. There is no entitlement to commission LPH 9, but it can optionally be commissioned by the client.
