- Benefits in accordance with § 34 ff. Hoai I.v. with Appendix 10.1 HOAI via LPP 4 to 9. The client provides for a gradual commission for all loosely: - Level 1: LPH 4; - Level 2: LPH 5 to LPH 8; - Level 3: LPH 9. A legal claim to the transfer of benefits beyond the performance phase 4 does not exist. If necessary, require necessary subcontractors to the respective order object informal. The contracting authority reserves the right of suitability documents. According to the contract, the contractor shall provide the following services within the 1st stage:; 1. Basic services: To be provided are by the contractor the performance phase 4 of § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI. The basic services under Annex 10.1 HOAI to § 34 (4) and § 35 (7) of these listed performance phases are to be carried out. 2. Special and additional services (compulsory to offer): eliminated.
