Description: The municipality of Rackwitz intends to rebuild the former consumption, main street 1, 04519 Rackwitz, in a civil and service center with the help of a promotion from the funding directive Step Revier. In the course of a concept development to a "multi-purpose house", drafts for the EC and the DG were created. The project to be implemented includes the conversion and renovation of the "old agricultural goods house" in a civil and service scene trum (object 1) and the new building of a building materialshof with machine hall on the location of today's garage complex (object 2). The total construction cost framework of the measure (kg 200-600) is estimated in accordance with application documents and cost estimation to around 2.432 million euros gross.
