- The building automation includes the measurement, control and control technology for the technical systems of heating, ventilation and refrigeration technology as well as parts of sanitary technology. The systems are controlled via a central DDC. A superordinate GLT (building management) is optionally planned. Scope of the Automation heating technology: - regulation of heating circuits (radiators, FBH, ceilings) - mixer control, pump control, flow temperature control ventilation systems: - Control of volume flows (VAV), fan, heating/cooling register, fire protection flaps (feedback) - Time and needs -based control (CO2, temperature) Colding: - Switching heating / cooling mode for heating cooling sailing and ceilings via heat exchangers - Split devices: Status monitoring Sanitary technology: - Central hot water management: temperature monitoring, legionella circuit - D shoulder system / interference message Operating / Visualization - on -site control panels for technology rooms - Central visualization of plant states via web browser - Data transmission via BACNET / IP field devices / MSR components - temperature sensor, volume current controller, differential pressure sensors, engine valves - connection via BACNET / MODBUS - interference integration on GLT
