Provision of form server and hosting
City administration Bad Homburg v. d. Height, software and IT services - provision of form server and hosting
The city of Bad Homburg v. Height (following "client") would like a form server to create and digitize (application) assistantsoperate. The hosting of the form server should take place on the part of the contractor.
The client relies on the independent processing of digital assistants, preferably by a "kit" provided by the contractor.
About the current form server canAt the moment approx. 250 forms of the client are called up. These are to implement at least 50 % by the contractor in the new application.
A right-wing rol concept for self-administration of the client is necessary. A large number of users (approx. 20) must be created and by theClient to be managed. A customer -oriented service of the contractor is necessary. It must be possible to actively support the client in the event of problem cases in the design of the assistants.
