City of Bad Oldesloe - new development of the Bad Oldesloe land use plan
Due to the change in essential requirements and framework conditions, the city of Bad Oldesloe sees the necessity in accordance with Section 1 Paragraph 3 of the BauGB to redraft their land use plan. The new organization is intended to manage the sectoral topics of building land development, climate adaptation and protection, areas for renewable energies and the requirements of regional and state planning at the local level.
The strategic and technical The integrated urban development concept (ISEK) and the landscape plan of the city of Bad Oldesloe provide the basis for land use planning.
The ISEK, which was started in 2024 and is currently in preparation for the resolution, contains the strategic guidelines of the city of Bad Oldesloe.
