Description:
The city of Baiersdorf reports the following planning tasks for the construction of a building for lunch care at primary school: structural engineering, HLS planning and electrical planning
The city of Baiersdorf plans to build an independent building for lunch care at the primary school in the Merzbacher Strasse to meet the increasing demand for childcare places. The support is currently provisionally housed in containers. The new building is being built on two neighboring properties that are currently still built on with residential buildings and canceled for the project have to be. It is designed for the care of up to 265 primary school children (approx. 80 % of the student body) and includes eleven group rooms, a cafeteria, homework rooms, an output kitchen as well as office and staff rooms. The planned usable area is approx. 1,550 m2. The building is in solid construction built according to energetic opponent, accessed barrier-free and equipped with a ventilation system.
