• Property planning in accordance with HOAI § 34 Buildings, LPH 1-9 including special services City of Bargteheide, Eckhorst high school, renovation of “remaining inventory” The remaining inventory of the Eckhorst Gymnasium includes all parts of the school building with the exception of the new building, which was built between 2012 and 2014 and the Kuhle, which is used as a central lounge and event room and was renovated by April 2025. The remaining areas are divided as follows: Sports hall: 1,768.31 m² in Ground floor // Classrooms and art and works: 1,318.34 m² on the ground floor, 679.19 m² on the upper floor // Classrooms and biology and chemistry rooms: 1,092.47 m² on the ground floor, 463.21 m² on the upper floor // Physics wing: 449.47 m² on the ground floor, 96.44 m² on the upper floor // Classrooms: 870.55 m² on the ground floor, 816.71 m² on the upper floor. For the renovation of the Eckhorst High School, an inventory analysis was carried out in October 2019 in order to determine the needs of this renovation.
