The subject of the order is the planning services of the - property planning for buildings and interiors (lot 1), - specialist planning of structural planning (lot 2), - specialist planning of the technical equipment (lot 3) A division of the planning services into 3 lots. A submission of a offer is just one lot as permissible on several/all looses. Lot 1: Planning services for the following module of the HOAI: - Object planning Buildings and interiors (§§ 33 ff. HOAI), performance phases 1 to 9 LOC 2: Planning services for the following performers of the HOAI: - structural engineering planning (§§ 49 ff. HOAI), performance phases 1 to 6, Lot 3: Planning services for the following performance images of the HOAI: - specialist planning Technical equipment (§§ 53 ff. HOAI), performance phases 1 to 9, for: - Plant group 1 (wastewater and water systems excluded gas systems) - Plant group 2 (heat supply systems) - Plant group 3 (air technology Systems) - Plant group 4 (power supply and lighting) - Plant group 5 (communication, security and information technology systems) - Plant group 9 (other measures for technical systems) The client initially only commissioned the service phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI and retains to commission the further performance phases in detail or as a whole.
