The municipal clinic in Karlsruhe is planning the renovation of the house C. House C is an existing building from the beginnings of the clinic, built around 1907 with partially listed areas in the interior and outdoor area. - The future usage concept sees for house C on the ground floorthe skin clinic, with the bed-carrying area, the day clinic, the examination and treatment areas including an outpatient surgical area. The palliative care unit is also located on the ground floor. - In the 1st floor, a station for psychosomatic medicine and beds of the childrenand adolescent psychiatry. - Further psychosomatic beds and a business space area are planned on the 2nd floor. - Central areas of supply and disposal are planned in the basement and a personnel changing room. The usage concept in the basement is through a room group of physiotherapycompleted. - The construction costs of the project (KG 300-600) are estimated at around € 63.3 million gross. The cost of the KG 470 is estimated at € 1 million gross. The milestones for the implementation of the project provide for: - Completion selection process Contract conclusion (planned) October 2025 - performance startImmediately after conclusion of the contract - completion of Design planning (including approval) January 2026 - Creation of building application documents February 2026 - Submission of the building application March 2026 - Baubegeg.
