• City of Cottbus - VHVmöTw 80-2026 Sport-oriented primary school/daycare center friendship planning services - HLS The urban land chosen for the development of a complex for the education and care of children is suitable due to its proximity to the future medical university area and its existing infrastructure. There is already a school building with a temporary container building on the available site, which currently makes up for the already limited space capacity expanded. Furthermore, two small sports halls and a sports field complement the teaching offerings at this location. Additional areas, such as a traffic garden, are available to expand the space available to accommodate after-school care and school places An existing daycare building with around 200 places and the after-school care building House 2 are available. In order to develop the available site on Drebkauer Strasse into a holistic education and care location, it is necessary to ensure the to create additional after-school care places to provide the required care capacities.
