• City of Cottbus - VHVmöTw 84-2026 Sports-oriented elementary school/daycare center friendship planning services - structural planning The urban areas chosen for the development of a complex for the education and care of children are suitable due to their proximity to the future medical university area as well as its existing infrastructure. There is already a school building with a temporary container building on the available site, which takes up the already limited space capacity currently expanded. Furthermore, two small sports halls and a sports field complement the teaching offerings at this location. To expand the space available to accommodate after-school and school places, additional areas are available, such as a traffic garden, An existing daycare building with around 200 places and the after-school building House 2 are available. The development of the available site on Drebkauer Straße into a holistic education and care location must be ensured to create additional after-school care places to match the required care capacities. According to the current status, there is a need for around 160 places. Please refer to the service description for the exact information. It is intended to have a planner with the following Service description to be commissioned: Structural planning HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 (HOAI) As part of the negotiation process, a limited number of applicants based on objective criteria are invited to submit offers.
