Description: The city of Drensteinfurt plans and currently opens the first construction phase of the new construction area Moonlight path. This creates in Drensteinfurt from 2023 the need for a minimum three-group Kita. The plant should be built centrally in the new construction area Moonlight path, between the first and second construction sections on a common demand area. This area is currently being farmed as an agricultural area. The property for the Kita belongs to the city and has an area of approx. 2 800 m2 where the airfire window has an area of 1 650 m2. The location is the scope of the final development plan 1.43 "moonlight path". The residential area of moonlight path is planned and realized in line with a climate change in the sense of the Energy Agency NRW and on the basis of its own urban climate protection concept.
