The Weender Landstrasse is one of the heavily loaded radial streets in the northern area of Goettingen. It has significant traffic and design deficits that strongly the conditions for the different uses on this street (university, commercial / trade, living, traffic) impair. With the expansion of the Weender Landstrasse, in addition to improving traffic safety and fair division of the street space, the goals of the Rad-Vep, climate plans and other concepts are to be realized.
