Description:
The subject of the order are the services and performance of the HOAI for the following planning services to a general planner: - Object planning for engineering structures in accordance with §§ 41 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 - specialist planning of the structure planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 6 - Specialist planning of the technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 - Object planning for buildings in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 if necessary as well as the following special/additional services: - Local construction monitoring in accordance with Appendix 12.1 for HOAI 2021 - Planning -accompanying measurement in accordance with Annex 1.4.2 ff. To HOAI 2021, performance phases 1 to 4 - construction measurement in accordance with Annex 1.4.5 ff. To HOAI 2021, performance phase 1 to 5 - Ecological building control. The client initially only commissioned the service phases 1 to 4 for all construction phases according to HOAI And reserves the right to instruct the further performance phases and construction phases in detail or as a whole. There is no entitlement to further commissioning, nor can other contractual obligations for the client arise. The contractor is in the event of access obliged to provide the services, possibly also gradually or in detail or in whole.
