Description:
The city of Lahnstein is advertising the conclusion of aid replacement insurance. The insurance should exempt the city from all aid payments up to 100%. The aid is processed by bbz GmbH as a designated body in accordance with the existing agreement. The start of performance is January 1st, 2026. The aim is to have an unlimited contract term with the right to terminate for the first time after three years.
City of Lahnstein - aid replacement insurance
The aim is to fully assume the city of Lahnstein's aid obligations towards those eligible for aid (Civil servants, pension recipients, employees entitled to aid) in accordance with Section 66 LBG Rhineland-Palatinate in conjunction with the Aid Ordinance (BVO RLP) and formerly Section 40 BAT. Persons eligible for assistance At the time of the advertisement, the group of people to be insured includes: - active civil servants (for life, on probation, on revocation) - pension recipients (pensioners, survivors) A list of those to be insured is enclosed with this letter and is part of the procurement and contract documents.
