City of Loehne, Stadtwerke Loehne, delivery of biogas (biomethane)
The subject of the tender is the delivery of biogas (biomethane) for a acceptance point of the Stadtwerke Loehne in-house in North Rhine-Westphalia.
A total of approx. One acceptance point with a reference consumption for 2026 of approx. 4,200,000 KWh and with a reference consumption for 2027 of approx. 4,200,000 kWh.

Contract term and extension option
The contract begins with the delivery time on January 1st, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. and ends subject to An extension according to the subsequent regulation on January 1, 2028 at 6:00 a.m.
H.:
• First from 01.01.2028, 6:00 a.m. to 01.01.2029, 6:00 a.m.
• then - with continued contractual relationship - again from 01.01.2029, 6:00 a.m. to 01.01.2030, 6:00 a.m.
Unless one of the contracting parties terminates the contract with effect on the respective end of the current delivery year.
The termination requires the written form and must be the other contracting party at the latest on May 31 of the current The contract year will be effective at the end of the corresponding delivery year (01.01., 6:00 a.m.).
Accordingly, the following termination times are provided:
