Description: Several modern, barrier-free, future-oriented buildings that meet all current regulations are to be built on the land in the GenerationsQuartier Breite Straße in the city of Loitz. The planned district is the result of a planning competition that was carried out on the basis of surveys of living and space requirements in recent years. In addition to a medical care center, the updated winning design from 2015 provides for new generation-appropriate forms of living, as well as rooms for communal use, for a childminder and the city library. A preliminary planning has been agreed with the future investor (Stadtwerke Loitz GmbH).
