Description:
Gradual services for the planning of buildings in accordance with § 34ff HOAI 2021 service phases 1-9 and services for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39ff HOAI 2021 service phases 1-9 are commissioned. The planning of the two buildings is carried out in conjunction and is used as one Object viewed. In addition, other special services can be ordered. The basis for further processing is the announcement with brief information and associated participation documents as well as other tender documents that are issued after the Participant selection will be sent to the selected bidders. Separate contracts are awarded for the services of buildings and outdoor facilities. The client will commission the services in stages. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027 start.
